Ok MFPers... I am needing some motivation today.... So I am challenging myself to get all of my water in today.. 128 ounces!!! Who wants to join me on this quest....

I'm interested. I only had 8oz so far but have 2 1/2 water bottles next to me to finish soon. I need to drink about 8 bottles.

These are all great goals!!! Keep up the swigging :drinker: What are some of the ways you all make sure you get your water in? I play little games... A drink after ever phone call or e mail...A gulp if i have to get up from my desk..
