Freezeable meals

Hey guys! I need some super healthy recipes that are easy to freeze in individual servings. Some mornings i just need to pack my lunch in a hurry (Me and the alarm clock are not firends lol) I only have one recipe so far thats like a santa fe chicken soup. I love corckpot recipes too.

    In my house we freeze anything that has a sauce or gravy to it:
    Swedish Meatballs, PA dutch burgers, Italian Meatballs which can be made into a sub or added to pasta, PotPie filling, etc

    I also have a bunch of slow cooker recipes:
    Beef Stew, Pork Tenderloin/Pork Chops, Beef Stroganoff, Tator Tot Hotdish

    If you want recipes for anything just let me know. I'm sure I'll think of more after I'm done posting this.
