Vitamins & Supplements

Okay - so recently I have been searching the internet trying to do research on vitamins and supplements and the importance they play in a healthy lifestyle of dieting and working out. I am a 28 year old woman and am sure that although I am eating well (veggies, fruits, low fat dairy, etc.), there must be a lot of things I am missing out on. Does anyone have any suggestions or guidance on information relating to what vitamins I should be taking to aide/assist my weight loss and fitness efforts?
