I always mix my tuna with salsa (specifically, with 505 Southwestern Green Chile Sauce) and a diced tomato
  • I do the salsa thing too and will add either a side of rice or a veggie such as broccoli, zuchinni, fresh mushrooms, whatever you like. This is a staple in my everyday eating. Yummy!

  • Oooo, love this post, so many great ideas!! I usually mix it with horsraddish & add some chopped veggies, whatever is on hand. I'll eat it just by itself, or on a multi-grain sandwich thin (100 cal) I am definately taking some of these ideas.

A while back i ran out of mayo and so I experimented with BBQ sauce. I used a hickory smoked honey bbq in a decent portion and it was AWSOME!. Completely removed the tuna taste, and tasted more like BBQ Brisket. Used two wheat slices and still continue to do it on the occasion.
