In August/September I habitually logged in an input all of my food and exercise. October came around and I got busy with life, but never lost the drive and motivation that I had. I still watched my portion sizes and I still remained a *mostly* healthy eater. In the past month I honestly don't think that I have logged ANYTHING in MFP, but I just weighed myself today and I was still down almost 6 pounds!! Take that quitting my job and moving to another state!!

I'm just INSANELY happy that I didn't see a higher number on the scale. Now it's just time for me to find a new job :)
