This is hardly a recipe but so tasty! I feel like I'm cheating when I'm eating it but its surprisingly really low calorie!

You will need:

4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can skim milk (fill up the can from the soup)
1 can corn

Topping:

1 cup cornmeal
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp milk
(this will be very dry, but it works!)

Place 4 chicken breasts in crock pot. Add cream of chicken soup, milk & corn. Cook on high for 4 hours.

Combine ingredients for topping and sprinkle on top of crockpot mixture. Cook an additional 30 minutes on high.

Enjoy!
