Okay, I know that I've gotten sick and tired of the same chicken recipes that I've been using forever AND I'm also very budgetted (FUMING about what I owe in taxes right now!). Anyway, here's a recipe that's under 500 calories for a serving (includes rice and veggies!) that's made with chicken thighs so it's cheaper than breasts! I really want to try it! Looks like some amazing flavors!

  • I recently made this dish! It's really good but very salty. I don't know if it's the olives and the pimentos plus the extra salt. But it was too salty for me. The next morning my rings were tight too. I could be overly sensitive to that much salt though, I don't know.

    I served mine with broccoli too. Over all, I'd make it again but maybe leave out the extra salt.

  • Oh that looks so good! I'm a polish girl, so I totally love sauerkraut! Thanks for the recipe! I'm making a grocery list and I'm putting those ingrediants on it!! If you make it, you'll have to let me know how it turned out! I'll do the same!
