total gym

I have a Total Gym that I use at home. If you've seen the ads for it, you don't use weights, but your body weight as the resistance. I don't have a clue how to calculate this for my exercise. Any ideas?

Wish I could give you a more precise answer, but the best I found was an article on the Livestrong website -

Another option would be to find an entry for vigorous calisthenics and use it as a substitute. Hope this helps...

My dietition told me add it under carido, that way you can add your total minutes per exercise.0
