I need to get back on track, I'm still losing, but I know I can do better. I eat junk, and I eat good but ain't quite balanced the two yet.

Are you a critic?
Can you help me?
Do you look at your friends diarys often?
Can you be truthful without being plain rude?
Can you help me?

Just want people to tell me what/how to improve when they've got the time.

Feel free to send me an add, I'm off now - if anyone posts/adds, I'll speak to you tomorrow morning!! Good day, good night!

    Add me! Ill help you.
Hopefully some of the guys will respond. I've noticed that some of the guys on here that obviously have a handle on the fitness thing( if you know what I mean ), are great with advice. They are straight forward and honest without being flat out rude.
Not so with some of the women on here.

I'm definitely honest without being rude. I believe that the best way to learn is to teach (in life), and this applies to MFP too- the best way for me to learn is to look at other people's choices and think about them as well as my own. Add me if you'd like!
