fav "diet"/healthy food

Options
So sometimes when i am cooking or eating my food people ask why i am eating it and if i am on a diet. yeah i am trying to lose some weight but there are some food that i just like to eat bc i enjoy the taste of the food, not bc it is healthy. its like some people think it is weird that i like a healthy food bc i like the taste not i am on a "diet" or bc it is good me.

a couple of mine are:
oatmeal
spinach (raw and cooked)
raw almonds

does anyone else experience this? if so what are your "diet"/healthy food that you love for the taste not for the health?

I don't believe in "clean eating" but

    oats!
    cottage cheese
    bananas
    grilled fish/chicken
    cauliflower
    pumpkin

I suppose you could include skim milk/vanilla coke zero as well.

Chicken breast with buffalo sauce. The sauce is only 5 calories a serving. Loaded with sodium, but I'll sacrifice the sodium for that much flavor!

Baked potato w/ butter and sour cream. Under 200 calories if you don't over do it.

I love fancy salads (but not those ones at restaurants that turn out to be 1000 calories). Tonight I made one with baby spinach, red onion, fresh strawberries, cucumber, goat cheese and walnuts with a good quality balsamic vinegar/extra virgin olive oil for dressing. Delicious! Anything like that I love because it's yummy and I feel good about eating it.

    Also:
    (real) oatmeal
    rice cakes with peanut butter
smoothies (I make them at home)
vegetarian curries and stir-fries (I make those too so I know what's in them)

...But I also really like McDonald's fries, cheesy bread from Domino's, and mint-smartie Blizzards...which I try to keep away from
