Is it at all a healthy breakfast? Because I had nothing else this morning, really the only thing that gets me is the sugar, it's got 18 grams, but there is 15 grams of protein and 4 grams of fibre and only 4 grams of fat, it's 203 calories and has a lot of vitamins and minerals, I just want to know if it's bad, because, well, I don't know I just always thought it was.
