So Monday I had a kickin workout!
3 sets of 15 leg presses at 300+
3 sets of 15 SLDL at 80+
3 sets of 15 leg extensions at 70+
3 sets of 15 squats at 80+
2 sets of wood choppers at 50+
+ tons of abs
15 minutes on the bike
30 minutes on the elliptical
Needless to say yesterday was a b*tch to say the least and I had to skip my semi-typical Tuesday night cardio because I was in so much pain (a good pain though!). I'm definitely still hurting today but I feel like I still need to do something since I missed yesterday. I really don't want to "over-train" (which by the way is a totally new word I keep hearing!), but again, I know I need to do something... what would you guys recommend? (besides OD'ing on aleve and then hitting the gym!)

Light cardio today, you need to give your body some time to recover so you can raise your resting metabolic rate with all those new muscles you worked so hard to build.
Lots of protein.

"Overtraining" is a term you should ignore, because most people that use the term don't know what they're talking about.
If you don't feel like doing much, 30 minutes of low-intesity cardio (think walking) will get some blood flow to the area and help with recovery. Stretching will help as well.0
