not losing the weight?? why not??

I watch what I eat and exercise almost daily but I am not losing any weight, what am I doing wrong?? And I do need to lose weight, I am not very overweight but I do have some extra pounds 20 or so. Any advice welcomed, thanks

Eating too little can slow your metabolism down. Are you eating enough calories throughout the day?0

What type of exercise are you doing? Cause strenghth training/lifting weights will make you gain MUSCLE weight.
And how much calsnare you eating? Not enough cals will make you gain..or not lose.0 -
I try to eat 1200 but sometimes I eat less. And it seems like if I eat more or eat back my exercise calories I gain and don't lose. I have lost 12 ibs in almost 3 months, but now it keeps going up a few pounds then back down a few pounds. I don't seem to be losing any. I am afraid to eat to much0

I know you can reach your goals. I created a challenge, i hope you join i know it'll help you! & Ill be able to coaxh you with any help you need. Try to eat at least 1200 cals! Otherwise you could gain/not lose weight! Hope you join the challenge!

Where do I join? Kinda new to this whole talking to people on here for help. Oh and as to what exercise I do...I ride a bike for 30 min. most days and I run and walk several times a week for 30 mins. to and hour. I was doing P90X but kinda got burned out on it, might try it again.0
