Calories??

Right now I definitley don't eat enough at 750 calories per day. Should that be increased slowly or quickly to 1400-1500?

    why do you only eat that much is the question? up the calories. your mind and body will love you for it.

    probably slowly! looks like you are here to gain a few pounds for your health - good for you :)

    go with really healthy and nutritional foods! study up and get educated so it doesn't feel strange. Great foods and positive attitude will do wonders (for everyone).

    It'll probably be easier for your body to adjust if you take it slowly, over the course of a week or two. You may be used to eating very little and trying to eat more can be difficult. I was in the same place you are when I first started here. I didn't realize I was eating so little. I added a little bit of food to each meal and tried to get in a snack or two. By the end of a week I was up to 1400 calories and it took another week to get to where I could eat my exercise calories too. I didn't gain any weight and I started losing immediately.

    up them now your body will thank you. Go get a few spoons of peanut butter. Your not eating nearly enough
