Hello! I've been on MFP for quite a few months, but I began coming back in October.
When I started, I weighed about 234 and I currently am 221. (My goal is 190)
I have a limit of about 1500 calories a day, but I only eat about 1300-1400 calories and my exercise takes off about 300-400 calories.
Is this safe for me, because I have a feeling that might seem a little dangerous because I am looking at a 2lb loss a week.

2lbs a week is fine, anything over 2lbs a week is too much.0

2 lbs is OK. There have some weeks I have lost 3 and the next week 1 or none. Just make sure you what you are eating is well balanced and that you are not going hungry. You don't want to make yourself sick by depriving your body of the nutrients it needs. I used to work with someone who did that and her potassium got way to low and she found herself in the ICU for a while.0
