drinking enough water? fatigue is one of the signs of dehydration. Just a thought.
For natural energy boosts, I like bee pollen (the whole granules, not a supplement/capsule), omega 3's and b vitamins.0 -

Water
Apples
Gum (personally, I hate it, but I've read that it can give you a short term boost, only lasts about 20 mins though!)0 -
I notice I have a lot more energy after eating sunflower seeds.0

Coffee loses its caffeine affects after drinking it for more than 3-4 days in a row, usually people just drink coffee because it tastes good when you mix it with certain things. creamer. flavours, etc..
uuhhh.....this is not true
caffeine does not lose its effect. You may become more tolerant to caffiene but it does not lose its effect.0
