Today's challenge: Crunches
Let's see if we can do 400.
Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.
You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I'm in! 50 done and will have to break them up when I'm home from work! Doubt I'll be able to do the sit ups but I'll try!0

I am in! My whole body is going to hurt by the end of the week! Did all the bicep curls on Monday, and my arms are killing me. I can't even bend them straight@ At least I know I worked hard! We will see how today goes!0
