I have been using this site for the last 11 days and it is a very easy to use tool for keeping track of what I eat. It sure opened my eyes to how many calories we actually take in. I have always been active but I am way heavier than I should be. At 43 years old, I am starting to feel the effects of that excess weight. My wife started using this a couple of months ago and she has had good results.

Tracking your calories not only allows you to see what you're are really eating, but it also holds you accountable for what you're eating as well. I usually put in my next planned meal before I eat it, which makes me really think of the choices I will be making and how it will affect the rest of my day. Good luck!0
