What to eat before an exam?

Hello MFP! I'm writing a human anatomy exam on Saturday morning and am looking for any ideas of how best to "fuel up" for the test. It's 3 hours (11-2) and I'm not sure whether I'll be able to eat anything during. I want to be as alert as possible and not have my energy lag part way through.

I used to eat chocolate before an exam. Some studies have shown an improvement in short term memory, which helps with the last minute cramming. If nothing else it helps you relax.

Apples can improve short term memory according to this article I've read recently. Chocs can fill you up and provide you with endorphins! Maybe some hot tea to keep you refresh during the exam. Good luck for your exams! Had taken an anatomy exam before and it's definitely hard to rem all those function, origin, nerve supply of the muscles and bones. Rest well. A good sleep is important. :)
