I fell off...but then jumped back on!

So I had about two weeks recently where I fell off the diet and exercise bandwagon. I didn't gain anything so that's good, but I definitely wasn't losing. Now I am hitting it hard again. I have even lost a pound and am 4 pounds away from what I think will be my final goal weight of 125. I now weigh 129...officially in the 20's! So thrilled and more motivated than ever!!

    Welcome back! Congratulations :) It's easy to fall of the wagon, easier to put back the weight... but so much more satisfying to climb back on the wagon
