24 TO 32 OZ LOWFAT LOW SODUIM CHICKEN BROTH
1 TO 1 1/2 POUNDS OF FRESH BROCCOLI
1 SMALL YELLOW SQUASH CUT INTO 1 INCH DICED PIECES
( OPTIONAL )- ADD 1/2 POUND OF FRESH CABBAGE CUT AS SMALL AS BROCCOLI PIECES
1 TEASPOON OF MINCED GARLIC
(OPTIONAL)- 1 TEASPOON OF SEA SALT
1 RED BELL PEPPER SLICED IN SMALL STIPS 2-3 INCHES LONG
3/4 TEASPOON OF MRS DASH TABLE BLEND SEASONING

USE FRESH INGREDIENTS TO GET THE BEST TASTE OUT OF THIS DELIGHT
