I have recently become addicted to Pinterest, specifically the fitness section. I love the posters with quick workout, motivational quotes and other fitness tips. I actually do not have access to the site and am on the waiting list, however just glancing through the app on my phone has helped me keep on track and has given me great encouragement.
I just wanted to share! Lots of temptation is ahead for all of us as we celebrate the holidays.
