For something a little out of the ordinary, you could try a Thai pizza. I use bottled sweet chili sauce (I found it in near the Asian food in the supermarket), grilled chicken, sauted onions and zuchinni, and mozzarella cheese.
My husband is a pizza fanatic and he LOVES it.0 -
Betty Crocker Pizza crust mix, 1 package. Roll it out as thin as you can.
1/2c Muir Glen Pizza Sauce
13.5oz Shrimp (Frozen, cooked, no tail -- Sams Club has a good price usually)
Market Pantry Reduced fat Shredded Mozzerella, 1 bag.
Entire pizza comes out to

Engish Muffin as dough! Super duper easy and you can even use whole wheat if you want more fiber (and I think less calories).
Toast the muffin first for crispier dough (or don't if you like it soft).

Bake for 8 minutes at 450
3 (so 1.5 muffins) are less than 500 calories if you use turkey pepperoni.0 -
I make these and they're delicious!!! You can put whatever you want on it actually. I bought turkey pepperoni, I love sun-dried tomatoes...you can opt for no sauce maybe pesto based...just log what you're eating.
There really are no boundaries to this!0 -
