Eating out!

So this Saturday evening, I've been invited to a surprise birthday party at a Bar & Grill (evening hours).
I've been doing pretty good with my eating, "clean clean"!
So any advice on how NOT to overdo it on the salty/greasy/fatty? (and drinking is out of the question for me, so I know I'll be sticking to water for drinks)
