So, I was going to try and ditch about 16 lbs, but then I found out I am pregnant! haha. I still want to get more fit while I am growing this baby, but am having a hard time figuring out the right amount of calories to be healthy and be able to exercise. I could also use some inspiration from other pregnant ladies to go work out, and a way to gauge what I should and shouldn't be doing.
I saw the Fit, Fab, Preg post, but still looking for more incubators!

A little about me:
I am only about 4.5 weeks Preg. It is my second baby (my daughter is 6) and I have 2 step daughters (I hate the word STEP, those are my babies).

I'm 30, 5ft 9 in, and about 160 lbs.

For exercise I still plan to run until I can't anymore and would like to do light weights, zumba, and give yoga another shot (I haven't been able to get into it in the past).

Friend me please! We can cheer each other on and gripe about stuff! lol

Kelly

There are a couple of 'groups' here on MFP for pregnant women, postpartum women, moms, etc - you might find one you like. :-)

You can add me if you want. I've been TTC for a few months and just might be preggers right now. I hear ya, I just finished a 12week program. Got where I wanna be, and will probably blow up despite my efforts not to.

    Hi congrats!

I'm 29 weeks. I've been able to exercise up 'til now. Its been really helpful. Eating was
a little hard in the begining because of morning sickness but that was done thankgod, by
    second trimester.

    about me:
This is my third baby. I was at goal weight when I became pregnant. I am 5'2 and was
113Lb then now 128 trying to gain a few to be normal weight. Its my first "fit " pregnancy.
I've noticed that with exercise and stretches afterward I have less hip & back pain. I will send you
    a friend request. :flowerforyou:
