HI,
I'm Lyn and I'm 62 years old. Over the past year and a half I have lost about 60 lbs. It comes off very slowly, and I"m doing it by trying to change my lifestyle and eat better. I need to lose about 30 more lbs. so obviously I have to eat less. I find that even though I'm trying to eat the right types of food, and I do that, I'm always thinking about food, and what I'm going to eat next, and I'm always hungry. I often have rehearsals and concerts at night, so I'm hungry later at night which isn't good. I guess I just have to come to terms with this, and try and think about something else. Any suggestions?
