Another decent workout- did cardio and worked my legs today and I burned 544 per my HRM- as long as I burn a min of 500 calories Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday I am fine because on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I am able to workout longer to burn extra calories I like to burn anywhere from 3500-5000 calories a week..

Good for you!!!. I have to work into things slowly - 300 cal/30 mins day/3x a week for my first month (always went over, though) and now my goal is 300 + cal/45 mins day/5x a week. If I had started out with as much as you I'd have dropped dead by now! LOL

Its not that bad honestly. I really enjoy it- I push myself the human body is amazing how much it can take and what happens when you really put the work in.

Mind you I also worked out prior to hitting the gym this hard. And I burn most of my calories doing my cardio then I hit the weight room to strength train I keep my HRM on and I make it a point to keep my heart rate in its target zone while im doing weights.
