We get a heck of a lot of junk mail down my street. Mostly true junk but today I got one for a free pass to our local gym. Now this is a NICE gym. I used to be a member but I couldn't keep affording the fees (£50/month is a LOT for a student) and I still hanker for it everytime I pass. So I was thrilled to see in nice bold type: FREE TWO DAY PASS!

One hitch: it's valid only this weekend. Guess who works weekends? Oh yeah. Me. And this weekend I can't even do an evening because I have prior engagements. :grumble: So very unfair

A good friend's surprise party and some quality one-on-one time with my mother. If they weren't good, I'd be in that gym!!!
