N.O. Explode, yes or no?

So i've had it a few times and it really helped me with my work outs and to stay focused and get it done. But i wanna know if its okay to take for weight loss, not just weight training and stuff. And if its gonna hurt my body in the long run before i continue taking it. I tried googling it and i didn't find much about it. So anything on it from personal experiance or anything would be great
