Surprisingly though it doesn't even mention gluten as anyone who follows tennis knows that Novak Djokovic became gluten free before his stellar 2011 season and there is a lot of evidence about increasing gluten sensitivity and its impact on inflammation.

Still a very well written article with a lot of good information!
