Raging appetite

Hello all,
Yesterday was a really bad day at work, so I gave myself a splurge day. Now, my appetite is raging. Usually splurge days help to curb my hunger... I'm wondering if it's just the stress of what is still going on at work (I have a history of being an emotional eater) or if I should be afraid that I could blow my progress...
Thoughts?
PS: On a physical note that's postive: I can see and feel my collarbones for the first time since I was in high school. On a negative note: It's TOM time and I'm wondering if that adding to the issue above.

The reason you are hungry is becasue of TOM. Your body burns about 15% more energy during the lead up to TOM which explains the constant feeling of hunger. I often have this each month. Try to fill up on veggies and protein at the start of your meal a drink as much water as you can. It will pass and it won't ruin your progress as long as you don't use it as an excuse to binge.0
