Christmas Parties - AHHH!

I literally have 10 holiday parties to attend for work between now and Christmas. Two a night sometimes...

I try to eat a light breakfast and lunch and not go overboard at all of the evening receptions, but its so hard! There's always a ton of delicious free food, desserts, and booze.

I need to make a better effort to get to the gym in the morning, because trying to go after I get home around 9/10pm is just not happening.

Any suggestions? Help please!

    I eat veggies first so the really fattening things aren't such a temptation. We have a 'dessert party' coming up, so I'm going to eat first so I can honestly say that I'm full and just have a bite or two of something without offending.

    Eat before you go, and make sure if you're drinking alcohol you have one non-alc. drink or water between boozy drinks.

    You'll be running around to all of them, so maybe you'll get some exercise ;)
