This is my first time on a website like this & I am very excited! I have been exercising for the past month & eating better, but I need some encouragement, so I thought I'd give this a try. I have read a few topics & I am loving this already! I wish all of you luck in losing your weight. Be strong! I'm out of words at the moment, but I won't be for long!
