Hello All!
In the last week and a half I have FINALLY become very serious about losing weight! I'm 25 years old, 5'7, and I currently weigh 173lbs. My goal weight is 130-140. A week and a half ago I weighed 176lbs so I feel like I'm on a roll, although, I have gained two pounds since Monday (I started 30 Day Shred).
Anyway, if y'all would like to be motivational buddies on here please add me!
