Gym NSV

Took a kickboxing class for the first time today and I was pretty sure it was going to be an epic fail. Like really, I would not have been surprised if I hurt either myself or someone else. Not only was it fun (?) but I kept up and didnt hit or kick anyone, myself included! After that class I did my regular muscle toning class...day 2 of moving from 5lb to 8 lb hand weights. Very hard, but I did it! 3 months ago there is NO WAY I could have done either of those things, much less both in the same day. Yay for MFP and the YMCA! Oh yeah, and for me too!
