My two favourte words are free food. I love to eat and enjoy food soo much. I had been active a few months ago and fell off the fitness wagon, so I am starting to get back on track and heading back to boxing and starting to run again, well more of a run walk program. I joined this group so I can be held accountable. It will help knowing people can see what I ate. I am a foodie and am trying my best to get back to eating better foods and becoming more active.

    I can vouch for that....Neicey loves her meals lol and there is nothing wrong with enjoying a good meal, especially if it is free. The free sample lady at Sobey's knows me by name now! lol
