If a few days you work some mucsles that have not been worked really hard so that you can get rid of bad areas, but after that you don't work out there again because you would have to do the unnatural exersises to work those muscles. would all that turn into worse flab?

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking...
But in general, cardio is the only thing that will burn fat. Doing strength exercises tones the muscles underneath the skin, so when the flab is gone you'll look fabu.0 -
To maintain you'd want to keep working out, especially weights....is that what your question is geared toward? I'm not quite understanding it fully either...sorryIf a few days you work some mucsles that have not been worked really hard so that you can get rid of bad areas, but after that you don't work out there again because you would have to do the unnatural exersises to work those muscles. would all that turn into worse flab?
If you quit doing strength training yes it will effect your body. Same with cardio... excercise isn't something you can do and then give up...well, of course you can! But if you want to maintain a healthy fit body it's best to continue excercising even after you've gotten toned, that's how toned healthy folks stay toned!

I just wanted to pass some info on to you. Working a bad area is a myth as body fat will come off of your body where it wants to. Alot of people think, and I used to think, that if you say did a bunch of crunches that it would somehow make your stomach fat disappear and this just isn't true. I just wanted to pass that on to you as someone did to me. I know that wasn't the question but it made me think.0
