Today, I will only be able to get in 30 mins of exercise. How can I make the most of it? I feel so discourage because I can't do my usual routine.

    Combine aerobic with strength training.

    Really, 30 minutes of exercise is OK. A doctor just told me that an ideal fit patient should exercise 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week.

    Have you ever done HIIT workouts? its where you do high intesity for a 60 seconds then low intesity. You want to get your heart rate up really high. It blasts fat and you burn a ton of calories. I do these when I am short on time. Turbofire has a 15, 20, 25 and 30 minute HIIT workouts.

    Strength training is also very important and in the long run will keep your metabolism high during the day even at rest.

    I do Jillian 30 day Shred, or her other videos when strapped for time. Personally her tone mobilizes me.
