Hi there,
I was wondering how you guys track your exercise.
I have a heart rate monitor that I use when I'm the gym. I usually do 30 min cardio, and then lift weights.
Do you log in all the calories burnt at the gym in the cardio section. (including the weight lifting ones)?
Do you use your heart rate monitor only for the cardio portion of the gym?
I don't think I have the patience to right every weight lifting exercise I do at the gym idividually. In fact, I'm not even sure I know there names!
What's your strategy.

  • What I do: I created an exercise called 'HRM Workout' where I just input my time, my calories burned (from the whole time at the gym), and hit go. As far as this site is concerned, there isn't much need to track individual weight lifting exercises, just the calories burned while lifting the weights.

Good to know you can create your own workout.

    Thanks!
