I can not eat my exercise calories. I try! I seem to earn 700-900 calories each time I go to the gym and I can not eat them all. I am still losing but I have a lot to lose.

two ounces of cheese and a serving of peanut butter is just over 400 calories...can you eat that much? I could in about a minute...protein and healthy fat...now EAT!
  • I agree that you should try some peanut butter! It's great on a slice of wheat bread and it's good protein!

What kind of workouts are you doing to burn that many calories? And are you following the number on the machines or are you wearing a chest-strap heart rate monitor? It is very possible to burn that many calories, but I agree that sometimes eating that much is overwhelming. Have you ever considered protein shakes? They're a good way to keep your calories up, get a healthy dose of protein, but not feel TOO full. Whey protein is a great supplement, and you'll be able to hit your calories more easily.
  • I do 30 mins on the treadmill but ulternate incline 15 speed 3.5-4 mph and incline 0 speed 4.5-5 mph heart rate average 155
then I do 40-60 mins on the Elliptical I keep my heart rate around 140-165
