eating when bored

I'm not an emotional eater, but my biggest problem is eating when I'm bored. I try and exercise when I get home from work, and then will play on the computer for awhile before cooking dinner. My husband doesn't get home until about 830-9p. Bad time to eat. Sometimes, I will wait for him to get home to eat dinner, but I've started eating dinner before him, just because I don't like waiting that long to eat. Plus, when I do wait that long, I tend to snack way too much beforehand. I have healthy snacks on hand, but I will just continue to eat and eat. Not really sure how to break this cycle. Any suggestions?

You need to make a new routine. Do something you enjoy. Keep crap out of your kitchen then you can reward youself every once a week with a resonable treat. Stay busy and keep your head on straight.0
