Hi
I joined a couple of days ago and i think the tracking tools are amazing. I started my weight loss journey back in July and lost 14kg so far. I am looking to lose another 6kg while building muscles. My goal is to lose 1kg a week on average for the next 6 weeks.
My goal is to get my 6 packs back and run the Brighton half marathon in Feb in under 2 hrs (Ideally 1:45).
I tend to exercise 5 days a week and have a high protein diet. Feel free to add me and what was the most training /diet plan that worked for you?
