Keeping Track Keeps me Eating

So, since starting this I have found that it actually helps me to eat! I had started back down a very unhealthy path of skipping meals here and there. But since I have to keep track and put down what I am eating and I know people are watching it has actually helped me to keep eating. I would have thought it would have been worse, that I would want to stop eating .. but .. it has helped to keep me eating and start eating healthier!
