Hey all!
I'm new to this site and app! I'm a current nursing school student (if there are any nurses or nursing students out there you know how stressful it is..) and I am having a hard time finding time to go work out everyday! i joined a 24 hour gym, but by the time i'm done studying and done with homework i'm ready for bed! Any suggestions to help a beginner?!

Hey Ginny.
I can certainly understand trying to balance time. I'm working on my Master's degree. When I need to, I will take books with me to read on the elliptical. Also, if you have a smartphone you can get the Kindle App. I don't know about nursing school textbooks, but I have been able to get some books that i can read on Kindle. For class notes, I type them up, put them into a pdf file, and then read those on my smartphone too.
I hope one of those ideas helps. Best wishes on your fitness goals.0
