Adding recipe to my food diary

I searched for this topic as I can't be the first to wonder, but there are just too many posts to wade through.

I created my first recipe here. How do I add it to my food diary? I can't figure it out.

    Click ADD FOOD and there should be a tab called RECIPES or MY RECIPES to the right
