Anyone get toned while At home
Lifting weights? I have my last 10lbs to loose and while I loved to join the gym I can't always take
My 2 children :( I want to get toned and fit n 2012

    I highly recommend Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred or Ripped in 30. I have done both programs and honestly they are a miracle worker for an at home DVD that gets results. I lost 8 pounds with the 30 day shred and I honestly have muscles! I am starting Ripped in 30 which supposedly is great for toning! The nice thing is is that both programs are only 20 minute workouts per day. Its great for me since I'm so busy, and I think it would fit in with your lifestyle since you have kids and all. Jillian Michaels is my secret weapon.

    I don't go to the gym.... I stay at home with my kids, babysit other kids, and my husband works long hours. I know it sounds silly, but I did the Butt Bible workout program (6 weeks, 3 levels, upper and lower body) and it really helped me tone. I highly recommend it if you are new to strength training. It is a pretty good cardio workout too. You should be using the heaviest weights you can stand when doing it.

    I wish I would've taken "before" and "after" pics. My profile pic would be my "after," I guess. I'm going to start some heavier lifting workouts now and see where it gets me, lol.
