Oh man.. Starting a new way of life 2ish weeks before Christmas, am I insane!! hahaha
Actually I have been putting it off for a couple of months now and what made me kick my butt in gear is that my husband found a new job after being unemployed since October, so now we can afford to go to Ohio for Christmas. I have gained 15lbs since we last saw his family back in May when we got married. :grumble:
I know I want just magically lose 15lbs before the 25th, but I am hoping to lose 5lbs and fit in my pants better!
I just wanted to say hi because I feel if I use this program stealthy and not say hello to anyone then I wont feel as accountable and there for fizzle out when I don't get to my goal fast enough, it gets to hard, or I reach my goal and drop out only to gain it back. I may not have much to lose but I want this to be a lifetime. To learn how to lower my portions and eat better. Seeing the foods I put in today really just freaks me out right now.
I have started exercising 2 days ago and will go everyday to my gym in my apartment complex every day for a month to get me in the habit of going and doing and then I can balance that with my daily life.
So here is to new beginnings!

It's great that you are deciding to do it, even if it is 2 weeks to Christmas, your husband will love you for it (not that he doesn't now), and more importantly you will love yourself. If you want a friend feel free to add me.0
