NSV during a plateau

So I went to a new doctor today. The nurse was about to weigh me, and the weight was over on the heavier side. Before I stepped on the scale, she moved the weight into the lower 100 section saying "I know you won't be that high, probably around here". She did end up having to move it up to the 150's section (i was 157 with clothes on), but she was surprised and I was happy that at least I look like I weigh more than I do! Nice encouragement when I've been stuck around 151-154 (without clothing) for the last couple of months! hurray!
