Chef Gordon Ramsay's restaurant?

My sister and I keep talking about how one day in another year or so we are going to Vegas to go to one of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants. I am addicted to all his shows and I'm just convinced the man is a genius concerning food. I was wanting to know if anyone has had the amazing opportunity to eat at one of his restaurants? If so what was his menu like? What were his prices like? Was your experience a good one? Would you go there again?
