The Infamous "Hockey" Workout. For those of you who have never heard of this one, this was one of the preseason workouts for a hockey team's training manual

To start - Warm-up run at a normal pace for 1 mile. (1.0 mile total)
Walk .25 mi. (1.25 total)
Sprint at a faster than normal pace for .25 mi. (1.5)
Walk .25 mi. (1.75)
Sprint .25 mi. (2)
Walk .15 mi. (2.15)
Sprint .15 mi. (2.3)
Walk .15 mi. (2.45)
Sprint .15 mi. (2.6)
Walk .1 mi. (2.7)
Sprint .1 mi. (2.8)
Walk .1 mi. (2.9)
Sprint .1 mi. (3)
Walk .05 mi. (3.05)
Sprint .05 mi. (3.1)
Walk .05 mi. (3.15)
Sprint .05 mi. (3.2)
Walk .05 mi. (3.25)
Sprint .05 mi. (3.3)
Walk .1 mi. (3.4)
Sprint .1 mi. (3.5)
Walk .15 mi. (3.65)

Walk until your not as beat as an old rug.
This is supposed to simulate "ONE" period of hockey. If your really feeling froggy, try to do "TWO" periods of hockey.
